    EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS: We offer a no risk, 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Upon receipt of your return, we can issue an exchange, replacement, item credit (which automatically gets applied to your next order) or send you a refund. CD, DVD, and cassettes are not returnable if the seal or wrap is broken. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories. Items returned in less than new condition or incomplete will not be accepted as a return. Merchandise being returned for a refund must arrive altogether in one package with a copy of the sales receipt. Orders refunded shall be payable by check to the purchaser only. Though you may send your return to us via any shipping carrier you choose, ensuring that the item is delivered to us is your responsibility. Shipping charges are not refundable. With EXPRESS SHIPPING you will receive your order the next business day to most locations within the contiguous United States, if your order is placed by 11:00am.     We reserve the right to pass on additional fees if the address you provide us is considered undeliverable or if you ask the delivering carrier to route your package to an alternate address. Some examples of undeliverable packages include, packages that are not delivered in 3 delivery attempts, packages that are refused for any reason when delivery is attempted, packages that are left unclaimed at the local postal or UPS office, orders that have incorrect address information, or any other reason out of the control of the shipping company that results in the package being returned to us.
